Shipping Policy

Your item will ship out by the next day if the stock is available. If out of stock, it takes 3-5 days or more than usual.

To inquire about shipping, go to CJ Logistics (, enter the recipient’s name and phone number, and click Inquiry to view the delivery.

Delivery time to Korea: We will deliver the fastest and most secure delivery via post office courier to the address of the person you ordered from the United States. Delivery time is 5 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays if customs has no problems. If it is fat, it may take another day. If the product you ordered is out of stock, it takes 3-5 days to come. Please refer to the delivery period of each product. Please take this into consideration in advance. Air delivery to Korea:
Delivered to your home by air , much cheaper and much faster than a US post office or UPS. Usually one to three pounds per box, and heavy ones are about three to five pounds. It costs around $35.00-$40.00 if you send it to the United States Post Office, and the UPS is more expensive. For post office delivery, the basic  price is $12.00, and you can add $1.50 for every additional pound.

Return & Exchange Policy is a reliable marketplace for vitamins, supplements, and wellness. 

If the product is damaged and delivered: Immediately take a picture with a camera, contact customer service, and email the photo to uwe******@gm***.com and we will exchange it immediately. 

Returns are possible only if you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered: If you return the product within 15 days of receiving it, we will replace it with the product you ordered immediately. Do not open the bottle cap and return immediately. Opening the lid does not allow replacement. 

As sells at the lowest price guaranteed, please understand that we cannot accept a refund or refund after opening or using the lid. 

When returning, please include your name, address, email address, and mobile phone number. Please pay the return airfare at the addressee. Upon receipt of a return from the customer, we will exchange these products, and the shipping fee sent back will be free. 

Before returning, you must request the product name and RA # (Return Authorization Number) you wish to return by email and write the return authorization number in the box. 

When canceling your request, we will remove the card fee and process it.
